Fill out this form to apply a student group for Student Union recognition. If the group is chose for recognition by the Student Group Activities Committee, it will have access to various resources and advisors.
Renting a vehicle through Student Union makes you eligible for certain discounts. Use this form to request a vehicle reservation through Enterprise. Vehicles are for SU-recognized student groups only.
If your group did not receive requested funds on the budget that the budget committee allocated or if an unexpected expense arises, you can fill a budget appeal to be considered by Treasury.
Before any outside services (such as DJs, speakers, performers, etc.) can be used on campus, this contract must be filled out both by the service provider and Student Union.
Your group is allocated a certain amount of copies each semester. If you exhaust your allocated amount of copies, you can submit an appeal to request more copies.
